Andy Wardlaw

Global Managing Director
Tech & Innovation

Andy started his career just as the first wave of digital businesses were beginning to establish themselves, transforming entire industries and generating a need for a new breed of innovative, hybrid talent. Will Knox

Managing Director North America/Europe
Creative & Design

Will spent his youth harbouring ambitions to become many things; a rugby player, an actor, a musician. Unfortunately, for one reason or another, be it ability or application, he was unable to make these goals a reality. (He says it was ability, by the way). Since joining the The Talent Business in 2009, Will has partnered the world’s leading creative businesses, helping them to identify and secure transformational senior creative talent. He now heads up The Talent Business’ European Creative & Design practice out of the Group’s London office. When not running the Creative & Design practice, you’ll find him bothering people about music, barbeques, and Arsenal FC.
Phillipa Campbell

Managing Director
North America

Growing up with a mother who went to British drama college and a father who moonlighted as a DJ on the River Thames, it’s no surprise that Philippa knew from a young age she wanted to work and surround herself with creative people. A few weeks after graduating, she moved to New York City to take her first job with BBDO working on VISA, Home Depot and Bank of America. After starting out in NY, Philippa moved to San Francisco to join Goodby Silverstein & Partners to help launch HP’s Effie award-winning campaign “The Computer is Personal Again.” Six years later she returned to BBDO in NY to work on Hewlett Packard Enterprise while also leading 3M’s global rebranding. Prior to joining The Talent Business, Phillipa spent two years at Droga5 NY, transforming Under Armour’s marketing with their first global campaign. During her career she has partnered some of the world’s biggest brands and helped them transform their marketing communication. In her experience it takes a long term approach to building relationships to deliver successful business transformation and commercial success. Philippa is thrilled to be part of a team at The Talent Business that understands the challenges involved in helping companies find the best senior talent to shape the most effective teams, and also cares so deeply about helping individuals reach their full potential. When not working, she is spending time with her family plotting or living out their next adventure!
Stacie Maziarz

Stacie started her career in the film industry, working on feature films like Pirates of the Caribbean, Spanglish, Monster House and more. She joined Go Go Luckey Productions as VP of Development where she helped create numerous television series. Stacie transitioned to the advertising world working for BBH Los Angeles. There she helped open and grow the LA office. Stacie learned from years of working within the creative industries that success in any business requires a team made of diverse, creative thinkers who can approach any problem from every angle. Stacie joined The Talent Business in February 2022 as Operations Director to be a part of a team that brings talented people together for businesses fueled by creativity and innovation. Beside work, Stacie is hanging at the beach with her family or chasing their next adventure.
