Philippa

Campbell

Managing Director NA,
Strategy & Innovation

Growing up with a mother who went to British drama college and a father who moonlighted as a DJ on the River Thames, I suppose it’s no surprise that I knew from a young age I wanted to work and surround myself with creative people. A few weeks after graduating, I moved to New York City to take my first job with BBDO working on VISA, Home Depot and Bank of America. After starting out in NY, I moved to San Francisco to join Goodby Silverstein & Partners to help launch HP’s Effie award-winning campaign “The Computer is Personal Again.” Six years later I returned to BBDO in NY to work on Hewlett Packard Enterprise while also leading 3M’s global rebranding. Prior to joining The Talent Business, I spent two years at Droga5 NY, transforming Under Armour’s marketing with their first global campaign. During my career I have partnered some of the world’s biggest brands and helped them transform their marketing communication. In my experience it takes a long term approach to building relationships to deliver successful business transformation and commercial success. I am thrilled to be part of a team at The Talent Business that understands the challenges involved in helping companies find the best senior talent to shape the most effective teams, and also cares so deeply about helping individuals reach their full potential. When I’m not working, I'm spending time with my family plotting or living out our next adventure!
