European Managing Director,
Business & Marketing

Having spent 16 years in advertising agencies, always with a keen interest to nurture and develop effective teams in order to build strong businesses, I joined The Talent Business to focus on just that and to find transformational talent for the creative industry. I spent my former years at Publicis leading the likes of McVities, Allied Bakeries, Muller and Coca Cola, then moved to be Business Development Director, and subsequently Managing Director, of the boutique comms consultancy Banc. The last 5 years of my agency career were spent as Managing Director of Farm, running the agency and heading up Nestle business. I have an avid interest in anything at all related to sport and constantly exercise my negotiation skills at home with my two children Finn and Edie.

Global Managing Director,
Creative & Design

With my background as a dancer, I spent most of my time choreographing and directing in the theatre whilst studying at university in the UK and the States. I built my career initially in advertising as an account man at Lowe Howard-Spink, a Partner at HHCL and finally as part of the London management team at RKCR Y&R. I joined The Talent Business as the London Managing Director in 2007 and have since helped to build our unparalleled global creative offering - working closely with the creative teams across all our key offices. The Talent Business now has hubs in London, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai and Sao Paulo, and has established itself as the world leader in executive search for creative businesses. I have a real passion for brilliant ideas and have been lucky enough in my career to have worked with some of the best creatives in the industry on famous, award-winning campaigns for brands like Stella Artois, Pot Noodle and M&S. An avid collector of contemporary art, I love being around talented, imaginative people and their work. I am also passionate about helping great creatives to become great leaders through my work as an NCP accredited Executive Coach.

Managing Director – MEA
Global Head of Healthcare
& Business Intelligence

After completing a PhD in Neuroscience, I entered advertising as a planner with M&C Saatchi, first in Melbourne and then in London. My career then took me into brand and marketing consultancy, with London independent ascension, working with bluechips like Unilever, Interbrew, Sony, Ernst & Young and easyJet in markets all over the world. In 2005 I arrived in Dubai and became a founding partner of creative hotshop The Tribe. Senior roles at Cheil Worldwide and JWT Dubai followed. In 2012 I joined The Talent Business to lead its Dubai office and provide our clients with access to the world’s and the region’s best creative talent as well as talent with a springboard to do great work and build rewarding careers.

Partner, Business & Marketing

I spent the first fourteen years of my career in client services roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, AMV BBDO and independent agency Leagas Delaney. In that time, I had the opportunity to work on integrated campaigns for iconic brands such as Sony, Guinness, and Mars, and headed up the account handling department at Leagas. Guiding and nurturing talent proved to be a part of the job I thoroughly enjoyed and for the next chapter of my career, I moved to The Talent Business where I am currently a Partner in our European Business & Marketing Practice, partnering with agencies and brand owners on their transformation journeys. I am also the co-founder and Marketing Director for One Gin, an award-winning premium craft gin and the first spirit brand to fund clean, safe water projects in the world’s poorest communities, and I have a strong belief in constantly up-skilling; in the last 3 years, I completed a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge Judge School, and I am currently finishing a Sustainability Management course at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. A French national, I spent most of my childhood in New York and all my professional life in London, leaving me with a rather odd Irish accent.

Talent Assistant & Head of Assistants

After graduating from Leeds University and some time spent travelling, I moved to London to embark on my career as a PA. The first few years were spent in the Financial Industry, before making the decision to move into the creative world. In my spare time you will find me rooting through vintage markets, watching live music or frequenting my local. I also love to travel to new cities and countries whenever time allows
