After completing a PhD in Neuroscience, I entered advertising as a planner with M&C Saatchi, first in Melbourne and then in London. My career then took me into brand and marketing consultancy, with London independent ascension, working with bluechips like Unilever, Interbrew, Sony, Ernst & Young and easyJet in markets all over the world. In 2005 I arrived in Dubai and became a founding partner of creative hotshop The Tribe. Senior roles at Cheil Worldwide and JWT Dubai followed. In 2012 I joined The Talent Business to lead its Dubai office and provide our clients with access to the world’s and the region’s best creative talent as well as talent with a springboard to do great work and build rewarding careers.




After studying advertising at university I started my journey as an account executive at a local agency based in Dubai. I later joined the ranks at BBDO and JWT working on Emirates Airlines, PepsiCo, Kraft, Heineken, Nokia and du Telecom. Curious to get a client’s perspective, I joined LG in 2010 as marketing manager for Middle East & Africa, where I spent two years developing regional communication platforms and enhancing the brand's image and health. I returned to advertising and agency life with JWT, where I started to develop a keen interest in nurturing and developing talent. Joining The Talent Business has given me the opportunity to partner creative businesses across the Middle East and to work with the best talent in the region and globally.
