Over a decade working in advertising in London with Rainey Kelly and then BBH, Charlie joined what was to become The Talent Business in 2005, moving to Singapore in 2007 to establish our business in Asia Pacific. Much has changed in Asia Pac during this period, however the constant has been the dynamism of the region. Working on searches across markets as diverse as Singapore, China, India and South East Asia, The Talent Business has established itself as the key partner to agencies, brand owners and consultancy’s in securing and retaining leaders capable of driving business transformation and growth at a regional and local level.
