Upon graduating from university in the USA, Rowena started her advertising career with Freeway Communications (a subsidiary agency of Grey Worldwide) and Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong. Following this, Rowena joined an international recruitment consultancy firm specializing in the Creative sector servicing the Greater China region. Since 2003, Rowena has worked with most of the major international networks as a creative consultant in Hong Kong before relocating to Shanghai in 2005 and began focusing in the PRC market.
